Instead of installing with a --prefix of /usr, it is probably best if we use a --prefix of /opt/$(MOZ_APP_NAME)-$(MOZ_APP_VERSION)/. This is advantageous because it significantly reduces the chance of file system collisions with the distribution provided version of firefox.

I am going to be working on other projects for the foreseeable future and I won't have time to drive these bugs through to completion. I am marking outstanding packaging fixes as INCOMPLETE.
