Bug 653221 moved the Javascript Console to a sub-menu of the Tools menu, this now leaves the Dom Inspector menuitem below Options in the menu. The Dom Inspector should also be moved into this sub-menu on Firefox.

Overlay Web Developer popup, using script to remove menu_inspector on success
Seems reasonable but I don't have a trunk Fx build to test with.
