This is a side request made from bug 663274. There currently isn't a really good way for OF to determine which builders are hidden, but it looks like there will be as soon as bug 630537 lands. As soon as that happens, we'll make the necessary changes.

This info is now available at https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getBuilders.php?branch=mozilla-central; should be possible to slurp this up and use it to hide the hidden builders.
This patch filters out oranges associated with hidden builders. Because the request for the builder list can be slow, I've added an in-memory cache for these which is invalidated every 12 hours.
