use ftp platform names in $platform_info.txt files

We upload these files alongside a build, but instead of being consistent with other files we upload, we name them after the internal Buildbot platform. It would be easier for consumers of the candidates directory if these files were named after the ftp platforms instead. So we'd have:
linux-i686_info.txt
linux-i686/
linux-x86_64_info.txt
linux-x86_64/
etc.

instead of:
linux_info.txt
linux-i686/
linux64_info.txt
linux-x86_64/
etc.
