If you in the 3pane select View -> Headers -> All
and then double click on a mail the new single mail window doesn't show the
correct setting under View -> Headers. It says Normal not the correct All
installer build 2001020204

The patch I created adds an additional function "InitHeadersMenu" to
mailWindowOverlay.js. The function is called upon menupopup.
The "View brief headers"-case is not in the function to save a little space,
however it could easily be introduced if there are plans in the near future to
implemented it (rather improbable with collapsing headers).

Confirming WFM. This was fixed by mscott's checkin for bug 112324.
Verified wfm with build 2002-01-18-03 with Windows 2000.
