I pushed a bunch of try revisions through self-serve last night and this morning found all the email notifications came to me.  Should have the option to override this so that if a buildduty person does a self-serve push they can set the desired peron to notify.
Meh, this is a year old and no one else has complained so I'm going to tell myself this is a wontfix :)
