We would like to receive a count of all mail sent to tinderbox's handlemail.pl process in 10 minute intervals (Background: While debugging the intermittent load/delays on tinderboxserver, its been hard to correlate the length of pending messages with the number of jobs being processed by buildbot. Having the exact count of inbound messages gives us an important piece of data here. This is different to net count of received-but-not-yet-processed, which we already have as a separate nagios alert.)

Spoke with bear, and he's already obtaining this information via the debugging info he's added to the tbox scripts.
