Details
Add a way for web apps to occupy primary UI space. Temporarily this might be a doorhanger off a button (like the current jetpack add-on), or something similar. The new "new tab" bug might take care of this. Need UI/UX feedback on this.
This feature will be the primary driver of adoption of the new manifest standard. It allows major sites to easily get integration into Firefox by adding a manifest and turning themselves into a web app.

Should we keep this bug around? bug 748955, bug 748962, bug 748959 have defined the UI integration for kilimanjaro. Might be better to track and link off of those bugs for the UI integration, as those are the intended integration points in the short-term.

Feels like this makes more sense to track this in individual bugs such as ones in comment 1. We are supporting this, but lets track it in the other bugs such as in comment 1. If there is something B2G specific, then lets open a bug for it. Or feel free to reopen if you do find this helpful for tracking purposes.
