Thanks Jaclyn. Is l10n a factor here? I know we have an en-US screenshot right now, but we had specifically avoided any copy in the graphic due to l10n (even though it's just the name). So, wanted to double check. Hoping Ty can help with this since he's done the other Aurora artwork. Meanwhile, Jaclyn or Grace: if you can provide any additional thoughts / direction, that'd be great. Also, I need the screenshots of Aurora that you want to be using for the graphic. Thanks

I think it would be pretty important to show the actual product vs. a background graphic like the one you pointed to. That's great artwork but I think we should showcase the product as well so it's clear what we're talking about. similar to what we've done here https://market.android.com/details?id=org.mozilla.firefox

My only concern with that is with Native-Fennec coming in Aurora, the UI might change a couple of times and we would have to constantly update the graphic. Also since "Aurora" isn't as well known, I'm not sure if putting a screenshot would make it feel like we launched a "new" mobile browser vs. development channel. I'm open to it though!

That's fair, though we've used screenshots and device graphics across other promos, so I don't think it's confusing... in fact I personally think it will help clarify the offering. It's a development channel, but it's also a different browser track than the others... so, it makes sense to show it, I think. Updating the UI, that's fair... it would be tricky. But I think if we have the general design established, updating the screenshot is fairly straightforward. As long as it's not updating it every other day :) my 2 cents.

Ty - would it be possible to see a version with the screenshots and a version of just Aurora branding?

Hey everyone - this issue is still being discussed, so it might be handy to just have these assets ready just in case. Ty - Can we get a version of the Aurora laptop skins that's formatted to fit the Android Market promo size? Tara you mentioned it might be good to have the screenshots in this promo, but I'm thinking it might make it confusing for users who don't know what Aurora is. They might see the screenshots and think it's a new browser from Firefox.
