about:certerror is very small, its width and height are about one third of the available space on my phone (Galaxy S). Until I press reload, which makes it fill the screen. about:logo is very small as well. Since this doesn't happen in today's nightly, it's caused by bug 704950, bug 702983, or bug 694901.

Actually, now I'm not sure whether this is a regression from 694901. I tried loading about:certerror on birch tip and saw the bug, then I tried reverting bug 694901 and I could no longer reproduce it. But now I am trying it again on birch tip and I *still* can't reproduce it. So apparently my steps to reproduce are not reliable. Can you reproduce this reliably?

I'm unable to reproduce this on a build from 48c9e2c635e8. I know there are some race conditions still present in some of this code, but I don't see how they would be causing this particular behaviour. If you can still repro (even inconsistently) posting a screenshot of the buggy behaviour might be helpful to me.

I can reproduce reliably when clicking the link from about:about to about:certerror. It works correctly when entering about:certerror into the location bar.

Ah, it seems this happens reliably any time you open about:certerror as the first page in a new tab. Bug 701594 should fix this, right?

The patch in bug 701594 seems only concerned with the PanZoomController. I don't know if that will have any affect on the initial pagesize.

We need to update the Java "viewport" data with the new default zoom level when the viewport metadata changes during page load. Also fixes a (probably harmless) exception that is appearing in the logs during early pageload, before the contentDocument property is defined.
