I can't remember I saw this in older builds, so this might be a regression.
Steps to reproduce:
- Load testcase, tap on "Tap her to activate plugin"
Actual result:
- Flash plugins of the blue circles are too small, they should be as large as the placeholder was. A small pinch zoom fixes the issue.
Tested on the LG Optimus Black in portrait mode, Android 2.2.2.

Double tapping makes the flash plugins 'jump' in the too small state for a short while again.

There is likely always going to be a moment where things look wrong, just because of the way plugins are drawn on Android 2.3 and lower. With the latest changes in inbound, though, they shouldn't ever "stay" in the wrong size or location. Bug 728369 has the latest fixes for this.
