Vertical scrollbar reappeared. Hit Forward. Hit Back. No Scrollbar. Hit Reload. Scrollbar reappeared. Reproducible. Ran 1999-05-26-20-M6 build on US NT4.

It is an UI implementation bug. Reassign it to don or his team for fixing.

Verified Dup

Tried this with 1999-06-22-10-M8 build. Cannot verify this bug. Back button is always grayed out. Tried Go|Back menu, but seems to have no affect. Additionally, when viewing bft_frame_index_euc-jp.html, the vert scrollbar down arrow does not appear.

I also see the missing down arrow on the scrollbar when viewing www.mozillazine.org. Cc'd brade and rahda since this is a dup of bug #7458.

Clearing Duplicate resolution due to Reopening of bug.

Taking from Don to verify this in latest builds and get a closure.

Some notes: One has to click 'Back' several(~5) times in order to go back from this test page. It appears to be a frame history bug. That being said, this problem no longer reproduces with the 1999063009 builds on any platform. I going to mark and verify it as WFM. Also, this bug is actually a dupe. If the behavior is strictly on framed pages then it's a dupe of bug 5109, if related behavior occurs on a non-framed page then it's a dupe of bug 7458.
