For history reasons, I guess, "Clear Now" is translated in "Vider le cache maintenant". After changes in bug 538588, the right part of the Network Tab in the Options window is now truncated. Translate it to "Vider maintenant" to prevent the truncation.
"Clear Now" is translated in "Effacer maintenant" in the Clear Recent/All History window. So, for consistency, it should be translated it like that.

There are now two caches, the application and web content caches, so that's another reason to remove "le cache" from the two button labels.
The change was actually made yesterday, it should show up in beta3. http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-beta/fr/rev/e072cccb135a Again, it would be bad French to use "Effacer" for something that is a container. "Effacer le contenu du cache" would work but is far too long.
