we could introduce a mode when we follow the caret (in care browsing mode) and show a popup displaying list of text attributes and range (start offset, end offset) these attributes are applicable to.
If we want this for Accessibility Inspector, we should file a new bug for it. DOMi has been decomissioned, closing as WONTFIX.
