Details

This was caused by closure of Try, which isn't actively checked for status when pushing. This is pending on the tree status application being deployed.

Autoland _should_ fail on pushing to Try if Try is closed - we have to assume that it is closed for a reason and neither should a person nor a bot auto-push at that time. We'll have mechanisms in place for pushing to closed or approval trees when pushing to branches is available but in this meantime, this bug is invalid and requires no action on our part.
