This feature gives gecko the ability to use a device's hardware decoder to play back encoded video or audio (in particular H.264, AAC, and MP3) on that device. We need this feature implemented on Android and B2G. Feature page: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Platform/Features/MPAPI This basis for this work was started in Bug 714408.
