Having trouble connecting to puppet master (mv-production-puppet?)

Changed to scl-production-puppet via https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/Puppet/Usage#The_Slave-Master_Link .

It needs to be re-imaged after a loan and returned to the pool.
