Based on recent build network captures it appears that some aren't:

>(u'talos-r3-fed64', u'mirror.us.leaseweb.net', '80', 350)

(939 + 276 + 350 == > 1,500 requests to those 3 servers.)

bhearsum: are we going to bother to fix Fedora? puppet is disabled on these machines at present AFAIK.
