when a download is in progress, you can't use mozilla, you can't switch to
another window. the download-progress dialog stays in front until it's finished
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.download file ( www.versiontracker.com )
2.when dialog is in front, try to click in the browser window
3.
Actual Results: nothing
Expected Results: give me back the control
probably all MacOS's.
Started some weeks ago, but Moz 0.8.1 works fine

bug 76992
A workaround is to click on a different window and then switch to Finder and
then back to Mozilla.
