Well, not *all*, since it was being trumpeted as the one tegra that successfully ran a test on today's beta release build, it just fails all that aren't release signed (and since release-* doesn't show on self-serve, it isn't possible to see what's wrong with it from there).

Ran stop_cp for this device. Will reimage, theory in c#3 (and relatedly Bug 836162) sounds like the real cause here.

We might consider looking at (in the future) a way to purge whatever causes this to fail, so we always start fresh there.

Unable to connect to device after 5 attempts message for several days, reboot didn't help
