(Whiteboard: build#4 in https://etherpad.mozilla.org/b2g-builds (IGNORE, MAYBE DO LATER))

This is an analog to bug 769450, but for a build *with* proprietary codecs. This will only be used for running WebAPI test in continuous integration. Due to the proprietary codecs involved, these builds cannot be posted publicly.

If the B2G dev team eventually resolve the problems they have in making emulator builds sans proprietary codecs, we could switch to that build for CI.

To produce build:

1. git clone git://github.com/mozilla-b2g/B2G.git
2. cd B2G
3. ./config.sh emulator
4. ./build.sh

This can be lower priority than panda builds (bug 777530).
This build shows in the etherpad but it has low priority:
"build#4 in https://etherpad.mozilla.org/b2g-builds (IGNORE, MAYBE DO LATER)"
Priority: -- → P4
Whiteboard: build#4 in https://etherpad.mozilla.org/b2g-builds (IGNORE, MAYBE DO LATER)
per mtg w/jgriffin + cjones, we're already generating the b2g builds, but not testing them in the emulator. Instead of creating additional builds, we want to install the emulator on the test machines, and then just test run the existing builds within the emulator.

That work is being tracked in series of bugs linked from bug#789652.
