We got a small tsvgr_opacity regression after enabling SVG display lists on three platforms: WinXP: http://goo.gl/1I2Ig OSX10.7: http://goo.gl/prrp6 OSX64: http://goo.gl/viosq
Ugh. Looking at the 365 day graph from the links above it seems the small regression this bug was filed for has been completely swamped by subsequent massive regressions (100s of percent) that nobody has noticed. If someone can figure out which checkin caused the first large regression that would be very helpful.
I did some digging and ended up filing bug 827952 and bug 827956 for those regressions.

Active SVG images improved performance significantly: bug 1686654 I can only find talos data going back a year so I'm not sure there's any more to investigate here.
