In bug 784278, we noticed some of the new tegras were failing intermittently. See comment 9 on bug 784278 for my theory as to why. I'd like to try putting some insulation around them to see if that might help our predicament. Because a picture works better I'll attach some crude pictures about what I want to happen. If this could be done today, that would be excellent. We'd like to turn these on for production today to reduce our android wait times.

Basically the proposal is to put styrofoam (or some other insulating material) between each tegra and the shelf walls.
Note that this needs to be done for all four-five shelves of tegras in 2.IDF -- it's pretty obvious when you see them in there.
Please see attachment of how we set the styrofoam according to Clint's proposal.

We've padded the bottom, sides, and in between each tegra so that there is no metal contact.

Awesome! Thank you for the fast turnaround.

Clint agrees we can reso/fix this bug, and we'll cross our fingers (and toes) that it does solve the issue we were seeing.
