In the Details tab of the Certificate Viewer, the middle box is called
"Certificate Layout".
These problems exist:
-You can click on the text, and it responds like a button. That's confusing.
-There is a title bar selector to the right of the title. There are no columns
for you to select. That's confusing as well.

This is due to the fact that we're using outliner which seems to force the title
into the clickable button. I haven't found a magic "class" type for xul that
would make this change. Will try looking, but this may be a candidate to get
future'd.

My patch hides the columnpicker & removes the unneeded <splitter/>
se has filed bug 120383 about making outliner columns non-clickable when they
don't sort

Does this need to be an outliner or could it become a listbox?
