The site has not been created yet (Bug 797379), is the release date for that project pushed back to give localizers translation time?
Yes, our revised launch date is 11/13. We are planning to have strings to you this week, which will allow 4 weekends for localization before we're required to release this information.

Hi, I thing there are a few typos in the two files: Typos in 2011.lang: line 42: missing space between „users.“ and „Today“ line 63: no full stop at the end of the sentence line 99: Ditto line 307: It says 2001, instead of 2011 Typos in 2011faq.lang: line 34: double „build“ line 102: The acute accent on „Telefónica“ is missing.
Thanks Michael, I am working on another project now and I see that there were commits today that may have an impact on l10n :/ I'll probably do a recheck of strings tomorrow morning.

Pascal, in the FAQ page, "Firefox Marketplace" and "Mozilla Marketplace" are both mentioned, should we unify it as per brand renaming happened recently?
I'd like to ask changing "Sustainability" to something else. The concept itself is undefined. I'd like to know how many languages have a clear definition for that. SQ doesn't have one, for instance.
A few more comments: * The heading of the main page isn’t localizable. * The page titles of both pages aren’t localizable. * The captions of the contributor stories videos aren’t localizable. * The PDF download links don’t work.
A couple of more typos in 2011.lang: 1) "Several performance and security improvements, memory enhancements make this the best Firefox yet." I think there's an "and" missing before "memory". 2)"IndexBD" instead of "IndexDB"
should 'The State of Mozilla' title be translated?
Christie, can you find an answer to that question?
For "The Mozilla Story" video, maybe we can use the subtitles on Amara (Universal Subtitles): http://www.universalsubtitles.org/en/videos/FhK0RB0fPhUs/info/the-mozilla-story/
(In reply to Fernando Pereira Silveira from comment #9) > should 'The State of Mozilla' title be translated? Yes, this phrase should be translated. It wasn't properly marked up for l10n in the document title, but that's been fixed in a recent commit. We'll need to update the lang files accordingly.
Pascal, could you give us an update as to which locales you estimate will have complete translations by next week's launch?
Spoke with Pascal just now and he believes at least the following locales will be ready for next week's launch: de, el, csb, fr, it, nl, sq, zh-TW, and es-ES.
pt-BR should be done by this Saturday (11/10)
awesome, thanks Fernando :)
"SOPA / PIPA & ACTA" - unlocalizable? Nothing critical for me but I would like to do one minor change. Btw. cs is going to be ready today :)
Thanks Pavel, I'm afraid we won't have time to update the template and reextract the strings to allow you to localize that string since we publish on Tuesday and have a dozen locales done already. Sorry about it, we clearly missed that string when we prepared the template. We may be able to do it after the initial release though (but probably not before Firefox 17).
Pavel, the string you asked is extracted in your template, you can translate it but the template isn't updated yet (my github pull request needs to be accepted by a webdev in the US, timezones) therefore it will not show up on the page before tonight/tomorrow.
There were some strings changed and news ones added in https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/pull/513. Pascal: can you review that PR and let me know whatever it is I need to do to get it merged and in production?
An old bug. Closing.
