Overview: Using the New Modern theme, the Sidebar in mail does not display the 
"My Sidebar" title. Instead the title area begins with the "Tabs" button.

Expected Results: The title area of the Sidebar should state "My Sidebar" 
followed by the "Tabs" button to match the Sidebar in the Browser.
