i suggest to make the modern theme the default theme for the non-commercial
builds of mozilla. it would give it some unique identity from start.

I remember having seen Asa Dotzler being against on Mozillazine
So I think it will be a WONTFIX

This is not Hewitt's thing. Mozilla.org makes the call on what theme Mozilla
uses by default... and so reassigning to Asa.

erm... well i thought the other bug was talking about modern 2... maybe i should
have written another summary... and 55454 should as well, because i think noone
wants modern 2 to be the default skin but "modern" whichever version it is...
