It's a trivial fix, but I noticed 4.x says "Loading Plugin" so it'd be nice if
we did the same.
Well, I guess this isn't as simple as I may have thought. It's actually in the
HTML 4.0 spec that the stanby attribute of the OBJECT tag designate the the message:
