firstly, the prefill form window, while I can see the entire thing now, is not 
nearly as fuctional as when there were pulldown menus to change the data that 
it was going to submit. When I tried to fill the form mentioned, it insisted on 
filling in the wrong data. If I tried to change the data in the prefill form 
window, it ignored me. But it also locked the form, and I couldn't change it 
myself in the form. The locking out the form is less common, but what it does 
every time is ignore any changes I've made to the data in the dialogue

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.1.using ezsweeps.com, sign up for a manual contest so you have to fill in the 
form yourself
2.fill in the form once manually so it has data saved
3.go back and tell it to prefill the form and try to change any of the data is 
chooses

Actual Results:  When I change any of the data, it ignores me and fill in 
whatever it originally had in the dialogue. This seems to happen on every form 
I've tried.

Expected Results:  It should have let me change my data. Preferably, it should 
have the pull down menus that were in the last version.

I'm pretty sure this is a dup of bug 82655.

Marking a duplicate but for kicks, it's fixed w98 build 2001080904
