BuildAPI is currently single-homed, meaning that a failure of its host will bring the service down.
We have a new web cluster already running and ready to go into production - bug 774354. Once that's set up, we should put BuildAPI on it to get the necessary redundancy.

The current buildapi host is now unmanaged (bug 884472), so this is probably the best path forward, rather than building a new buildapi with puppetagain.
