(Mozilla 0.9 - build 2001050515)

On some pages, SELECT elements with many OPTION items don't show the proper
scrollbars or borders. The example url is http://www.xe.com/ucc/ , which is a
currency converter. The bug makes it impossible to scroll down and select
currencies, which renders the page mostly useless.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a browser window.
2. Navigate to a page with SELECTs, such as http://www.xe.com/ucc/ .
3. Observe the (lack of) borders or scrollbars around the lists.

The expected behavior would be as in Communicator 4.something, where the selects
show up with scrollbars to permit you to select items not displayed.
