We basically need 3 things here: - A snapshot of the B2G sources to use. This should include any special drivers required for the build. - otoro configs in gecko, similar to https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/597915b66059/b2g/config/unagi - buildbot-configs changes
And after either bug 812833 or bug 812835 is resolved, we need to change the buildbot-configs to enable multilocale.

This is in production, I've triggered an otoro dep build on mozilla-central.
Hidden on Aurora and Beta because it's red from missing gecko configs. Attachment 685419 [details] [diff] needs to land there.
Green on Aurora and Beta so unhidden again.
