All the releng infrastructure is in place to run tests on the second set of pandas. Once bug 826694 and 826795 are fixed, the new pandas should be able to reliably connect to the masters and run builds.
The new pandas are now up, and staying up and running builds. Thanks Jake for fixing them.
The new pandas are also enabled in slavealloc, with the exception of 621, 622, 662, 720-730, 741, 781, 793, 796 which are bad pandas according to bug 817103.
