Switching off Linux32 will require moving the three suites we only run on Linux32 over to Linux64. Since we've never run them there, and don't know whether they will work or whether there are in-tree annotations for known failures that will need to be adjusted, and since we can use any linux32 tester capacity we can get, it's a good first step (though bug 821728 will make it a little difficult to tell whether or not reftest-ipc is working on linux64, since it runs zero tests).

Do we still want to do this? These run in EC2 now, so capacity isn't a concern. We could also enable ipc tests on Linux64 as well as Linux32 if required.

Oh, this. Nobody had any desire for it, it purely existed as a blocker for bug 822924. wontfix that, and this is wontfix.

coop, do we care about migrating tests over from linux32 -> linux64 when we've got them running on EC2 VMs?

Absolutely not if we already have equivalent coverage.
