The new mail allows for email jumps back up the tree, I think that this problem started for me when it did this. This is now consistent with my Mozilla setup. PS: Is there a better mail version available, it is very flaky, crashes regularly on me.

Reporter what is your build Id that you are using?

I was using 0.9 off the web, on advice from slug last night I upgraded to a nightly 2001052821 and it has the same problem.

I am on 0.92 The problem still occurs. The issue is that I move my messages automatically into new mail folders on receipt (eg [SLUG] in subject moves to slug. [CHAT moves to slug chat.) When I skip to this new folder with the confirming do I want to box then the message does not display. When I click on the folder and go next it works correctly, ie displays the message. If you want me to do some tracking, I have 128meg, so this is almost possible :-). I have a fast link so I can download and compile. Give me some tips of where to break point and trace from so that I can track this.

This happens to me as well, using build 2001101202. It seems to only happen if I use the keyboard (n or spacebar) to move to the next message in a different folder / mailbox / newsgroup. Clicking on a message works fine.

I don't exactly understand this. Is this bug 59638? If not, please provide exact steps to reproduce. pi
