panda-0856 has failed 18 of the the last 20 jobs: https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/recent/panda-0856 Please can it be removed from the pool until well and truly beaten with a bat. Cheers :-)

This panda seemed to have recovered after being forced into a selftest but I replaced the SD card just for good measure.
Resolving all panda bugs linked from Bug 817103 that are not in troubleshoot or failed_pxe* state in lifeguard.
