found this while testing bug 75660: when there are no windows on the Mac there are certain menubar items which should still enabled/accessible. i would think that the following form mgr items should enabled: Tasks > P&S > Form Manager > View Stored Form Data should launch the Form Manager data management dialog. Tasks > P&S > Form Manager > View Sites should launch the Form Manager site management dialog. Tasks > P&S > Form Manager > Demonstration should open a browser window to chrome://communicator/locale/wallet/index.html
