Some of the unit tests on Cedar/Ubuntu are intermittent orange. It may be caused by mozharness. To see if it's true it would be great to enable all tests on another branch without mozharness and run them in parallel with fedora.
build-system is our victim!

Once this one enabled, we can verify if it' OK to switch to Ubuntu for xpcshell tests.
