Printer icon mouse over highlights starngely

Details
When dragging the mouse over the printer icon, the printer icon gets highlighted
by drawing lines on the right and on the left. These lines are either not long
enough, or it misses a bottom line.
Build: 0.9.1, that is, 2001060713
Reproduce: Always, drag mouse over the printer icon.

The reason for this is that the Print button is the same one as used in Mail and
Composer where it fits better. I think there is another bug which covers having
a Navigator-specific print icon.
