As a user I want to choose my timezone by its UTC offset (with example cities listed for that offset) rather than having to choose from a list of all cities in my region
UX specification needed
Whiteboard: swat-team u=user c=fte p=1 → swat-team u=user c=fte p=1 interaction
Timezone with UTC offset is invalid as a Timezone encompass information like daylight savings.
