We migrated a zillion themes to AMO, yay. However, our user profiles pages are not handling scaling well. An example of a user with 1300 themes takes about 20s to load: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/sassygirl1016/ When Madonna's themes finish up syncing (10000+) it's going to crush us.

Allen is going to do something with this code. If he can't make the query fast enough, I told him to cut it off somewhere for now and we'll dupe this bug. Their top 100 personas? Top 50? Whatever gets the job done. We'll optimize (I assume by pulling from ES) at some point when we aren't under the gun. We need this done for the push tomorrow. If you do the cut-it-somewhere approach I'll clone this bug for doing it the right way later. Thanks.
