According to https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=23227393&tree=Fx-Team it managed to avoid being added to graph server, so it happily does talos jobs and then has to burn them when it gets shunned trying to report the results.

Sorry about that. I fixed it.

All that particular problem (which is much further up the log, where cloning mozharness exits with -1073741800) requires is a reboot, and if you disable for it without rebooting, it doesn't actually stop happening since failing to clone tools causes it to fail to reboot itself. Rebooted and reenabled.

Just hit bug 1090640. Disabled.

Fix deployed. Rebooted and returned to production.

This machine was showing that the reimage process failed in ipmi so I issued the commands to reimage again. If this doesn't work I'll pass it on to dc ops
