This bug is created to track the UX design work for 844642: Story - Telemetry opt in and out in Firefox Options.

Based on our privacy statement online about Telemetry, Telemetry should be default opted in on Firefox Nightly and Aurora. 

For beta and release, I personally think we should put this opt-in/out dialog in the stub installer...
The UX work has been finished. Sent this mockup to Alina for privacy review. 

Could reopen this bug if there is any iteration.
