This way when ESR24 comes around we will be able to drop old talos once ESR17 goes away.

It's good that we uplifted all of our patches forward but we should test it on a disposable branch just to be sure.

Maybe I can just push mozilla-aurora to try and see what happens.

Refreshed patch
I missed landing it before the merge day.

I will land it next week as this week the regression emails will be getting adjusted to the new baseline for each branch.
