Since the mozharness copy of clobberer.py was copied into mozharness a number of changes have been made to both it and the original in the tools repo. We should sync them up.

Syncs the bug 884115 changes to the copy of clobberer.py in the tools repo.
With this patch both clobberer.py files are now identical.

Yeah me too, with the revisions list seemingly very different!
