Empty dialog for timezone region/city
On the Keon on 1.2, I can't set either the region nor the city of the timezone. Both come up with empty dialogs to select from. The dialog is shown in German, but it reproduces in English, too. This happens both in Settings and FTU. 1.1 is fine. Requesting koi, because the Keon is the device that most of our localizers would use for testing, and we may very well start localizing the regions and cities in bug 833393.
