This is a tracking bug to reflect all the things that we need to build performance measurements for into the source. We shd get an early start on this in mozilla0.9.5. We shd add all the dependency bugs here as we scope this work out better.
We have all the necessary infrastructure to do this.
I meant - lets start enumerating the things we want measured this way and use this bug to track those.
