I've just tested and if I change https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/v1.2/shared/style/headers.css#L28 from 2.5 to 1.6 rem as it proposed in bug 908300 then it fits. I attach a screenshot of this.

Hi, looking at the screen the word 'PIN' should be able to fit as is in the place of the ellipses. Also, just to be clear the fix in bug 908300 aims to reduce the font size but keep it as close to 2.5 rem as possible. Going to 1.6 will be an edge case I hope we never have to use, with alot of our body text being 1.8 rem we would rather not have the headers smaller than this.

I also believe that the missing letters can be fitted in the place of the ellipses. In worst case, we can decrease the font size by 0.1 rem, from 2.5rem to 2.4rem.
