I noticed w64-ix-slave03 and w64-ix-slave110 do not have this file (which is why I filed this bug), however w64-ix-slave111 and w64-ix-slave120 *do* contain this file already.
It was originally requested in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=781277#c33
Was this GPO step removed as some point? Note that I did the imaging for w64-ix-slave03 and w64-ix-slave110 according to the instructions in the mana page.

The machines that don't have it will pick it up on the next round of GPO updates.
The file_users_local gpo was removing this with the .ssh files on the builders. This has been corrected.
