In Tom's Hardware Guide's June 2013 Grand Prix, Firefox 21 came in fourth place on the BrowserScope Security test:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/chrome-27-firefox-21-opera-next,3534-10.html
Firefox does not implement the following security features:
* bug 443564: toStaticHTML API (Chrome does NOT implement this)
* bug 471020: X-Content-Type-Options (Chrome implements this)
* bug 528661: Block reflected XSS (Chrome implements this)
* bug 446344: Origin header (Chrome implements this)

Why did you remove HTML5Test and CSS3Test? They are part of the WBGP test suite!

You're right; these bugs belong here. I was trying to reorganize this tracking bug's large tree of blocking bugs, but I didn't find a better home for HTML5Test and CSS3Test so I'll add them back. Thanks. <:)
